COMPOUNDING:

• 10 blending tanks with the capacity to make 95 – 7500 kilo batches
• 30,000 kilo per day batching capabilities
• 10 x 1000K ‘disposable liner’ storage totes
• Multiple stainless steel storage tanks

 

PRODUCT FILLING:

• Capable of filling .5 oz through gallon and drum containers
• 6 production lines ranging from tubes to bottles, as well as, hot pour capability
• 6 piston Hot Filler
• 8 piston Fills-all
• 10 piston inline filler
• Filling bottles from 5,000 - 20,000 per shift/line
  
• Filling tubes from 5,000 - 12,000 per shift
• Continued commitment to growth: New Kalix 601 on order, which will allow up to 24,000 per shift
• Current capacity is 120,000 - 8 oz. containers filled per day
• Induction sealers for tamper evident products
• Kalix 601 Tube Sealer
  

 

SUSTAINABILITY:

• Company-wide recycling program: recycled over 22 tons of plastic and cardboard in 2009
  
• Working with the University of Texas at Austin and developing a long term strategy for ‘Sustainable Lean Manufacturing’
