What stock formulas do you have? Can I customize my own formula?
Naturich Labs, Inc. carries a full line of premium stock formulas for hair care, skin care and spa. However, we know that many of our clients would like the products they carry to reflect them. Therefore, we offer customizing options that are as unique as you are. Whether you would like a different fragrance or a completely new product that is formulated specifically for you, we have the expertise and the experience to accommodate your needs

What are my packaging options?
NLI is equipped to fill a wide range of packaging needs. We stock a variety of sizes ranging from 0.5 oz to gallon including jars, tubes, bottles and jugs to fill the need for retail as well as back bar. However, we realize that many clients would like to provide their own unique packaging, and we are always willing to work with you to create products that are distinctly yours.

What are my options for decorating my container?
NLI has the capability to label as well as silk screen your containers, depending upon quantities ordered. Our stock formulas come pre-printed with product description and ingredients, as well as space on the front of the container for a personalized label with your logo. We also have the option of printing your custom artwork in up to 4 colors including the UPC bar code. Or you may choose to label your containers with your own uniquely designed front and back or full wrap labels. Please see the section on “Branding Levels” for a detailed breakdown.

What if I don’t have a concrete concept or idea for my brand?
Our Project Managers and in-house Art Department are qualified and capable in helping you develop the concept of your brand. Whether that be from scratch or from just a vision, we will help you create an image and concept for your brand that is unique and best reflects your needs.

How do I reorder products?
You can either call or fax an NLI Project Manager to process a reorder. Since your artwork is on file, and we keep our “Private Label Products” in stock, we will be able to ship your products in a timely manner. If you chose to grow your brand by adding new products or adding a new line, we will work with you to make these updates to the standards of your existing line. We greatly encourage growth and expansion and will be there with you every step of the way to help you reach your goal

What is the minimum quantity order?

For the private label program, minimums for labeled logos are 24 pieces per SKU with a minimum total order of $250. If you are developing your product line with our custom formulation program, the minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per SKU. For highly customized products and formulation work, the minimum order quantity is larger according to customization requests.

What is the lead time to get the finished product?
The stock products are readily available in our warehouse; however, the whole process will include the time spent to put together the artwork and the packaging components chosen. For customized product lines, our average lead time is 4-6 weeks from the time the formula and/or artwork is approved and from the time packaging is received in house.

What is the R&D process?

Our highly experienced R&D team works very hard to ensure our clients receive products that are formulated to the highest level of quality and performance. To stay up to speed with the evolving market, our R&D teams in Garland, TX and India are constantly researching new technologies and formulations to help our clients stay ahead of their competitors. We try our best to achieve our clients’ goals when creating custom products while keeping price point and launch date in mind. Once R&D is complete on a product, samples are sent to the client to ensure their satisfaction.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements with your clients?

Yes because we understand that confidentiality is an integral component of the branding process, and we guarantee that each client’s project information and formulas are kept classified.
